I truly enjoyed being there, the place is famous.

had the double room and it was spotlessly clean and fashionable with breakfast. the location was stunning and good, not far from restaurants, public transport, and bus stops, stayed here during my trip.

Our room had useful amenities like a laptop-size safe, a mini-bar, and even a cozy fireplace, and the service was excellent.

Location adjacent to the tours and trips around instability and shopping street, restaurants and public transport and the tram. Central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in the room and the comfortable bed. Special atmosphere and great service.

The room was impeccably clean and well-designed. the staff were amicable and amazingly nice. the location is beautiful and in a famous area, with a short walk to public transport.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Fatih! the hotel provided excellent value for money with a comfortable bed, and the included breakfast was delicious. the staff were super helpful, assisting us with our bags and even finding us a taxi. the wifi worked well, and the location was convenient, with the metro just a 1km walk away and buses less than 100m from the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised when they offered us tea and allowed us to stay in the cafe until our bus journey.

The staff were exceptionally cooperative, with good customer service. Comfortable bed, bath and breakfast. Super helpful assistant. Location is near everything needed, with lots of food options and shops nearby.

The hotel offered a convenient wake-up service. the location was great, close to the main street in the Fatih area and within easy reach of Istanbul's attractions.

Couldn't get enough of the charming sound of people shouting in the noisy neighborhood. The "manager" was simply delightful, especially when making me wait all day for a refund. Oh, and kudos to the Turkish receptionist for trying to handle the chaos.

Spider-infested beds, smelly toilets, and a "manager" who thinks he's some kind of boss. , the neighborhood is a never-ending party.

I always stay at a hotel in Istanbul. The staff is kind and helped me with my parents. The hotel has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a fitness center. I'm coming back for a holiday!

During my New Year's stay at this hotel, I really liked the affordable prices and the great location. The hotel was within walking distance to popular shopping areas, making it very convenient to explore and indulge in some retail therapy. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had an efficient air conditioning system, ensuring that the room was always at a comfortable temperature.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the size of the beds. Being taller than 180cm, I found the beds to be on the smaller side, which made it slightly uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep.

From the moment I arrived, Ursheed and Noor provided excellent customer service, making me feel welcomed and at home. the breakfast room was delightful, with reliable WiFi. I was pleasantly surprised when my room was upgraded, and the hotel even offered complimentary breakfast for my entire stay. the location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bus stops, the metro station, supermarkets, and the main high street of the Fatih area. One night, I had a problem and needed a paracetamol at 2am, and the reception staff was more than helpful, providing a whole pharmacy dispensary. the rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. the amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a fridge, were all in great condition. I must also commend the young man who served breakfast and acted as the porter. His positive attitude and impeccable work made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and convenient location.
